Intensive Building of the Third Production Hall of "Draexlmaier"

Only one month after it was announced that the "Draexlmaier" Company would built the third production hall in the industrial zone "Bagljaš", the buidling site was opened and now intensive works are executed, even  before  the New Year's holiday.

 

 

Today the Mayor of Zrenjanin, Čedomir Janjić, and his associates, Deputy Mayor, Saša Santovac and Mayor Deputy, Ivan Dević. Expressing his satisfaction that the works continued stating that in the case of  this particular investment the City of Zrenjanin has established new principles  in the relations to investors. 

- We  have approach the investors, to our employers in a different way, whe the representatives of "Draexlermaier" expressed their wish to  extent their production and build  another  production hall here we  formed a team of the representative of the public companies  to avoid any delays in   the obtaining of  the  permits and  other documents necessary for the building and in the shortest time possible "Draexlermaier" obtainted these permits and documtnets so that they  could start building and finish it in the scheduled time framework– said Janjić.       

 

 

The first production facility of "Draexlermaier " Company was opened on  9 May  2008, and  the first extension followed on 15 November 2012.  Now the Company employes about 3,300 employees. Apart from being the  bigest employer the Company is the biggest exporter, according ot the data of the Regional Chamber of Commerce Zrenjanin, "Draexlemaier" had the expoert of 65.9 million Euro in the first 9 month of 2015.

 

 

The new investment is   realised o n the same principle as the formes two – the owner of the land, the company "R&W" Ltd. owned by Rudolf Valter is building the production facility for  "Draexlemaier" Company. The  third hall will be of the same size  and connected to the present ones (area of about 14 0000 squar emeters).

 

 

The main  contractor is "Martini Gradnja" Ltd., a part of the Italian Group "Martini Holding". The coordinaotr of building, Dejan Femić,  says that there  are now 40  workers and the  the works are executed aaccording to the plan  and  expected to be finished by 1 June 2016.  

 

 

"Draexlmaier" is one of the biggest  producers of auto-industry employing more than 36,000 employers, at 57 produciton locations, in 21 states all around the world. In Zrenjanin the company produces  cable sets for BMW and "Fiat", in Kragujevac.
