Skupstinagrada ZrenjaninaDetermined locations for social housing in Zrenjanin
Today the City Council of Zrenjanin adopted a decision regarding the construction parcels for social housing of 100 flats.
As Mila Ratković Panić, the Head of Estate Section, informed that the decision is in accordance with the General Plan of 2006.- 2026. and social housing. The approved location is the beginning of Žarka Zrenjanina Street where 30 flats for sale will be built, and two buildings in Pančevačka Street, one including 40 flats for sale and other 30 flats to be owned by the City and rented under non profitable conditions for the persons having housing problem, poor or medium income insufficient for flat purchase under market terms.
