The Mayor of Zrenjanin visited the canal of the Old Begej river where the cleaning was executed by the Water Social Company "Central Banat" from Zrenjanin.
The cleaning of the canal was undertaken to clean the waste and bushes from it until the final solution is found
The canal is used to drain excessive atmosphere waters from the Old Begej basin, 1.5 km long. The works should be finished by this week.
The total value of the works is 2.5 million dinars, and the investor is the City of Zrenjanin, through the local administration office.
