Skupstinagrada ZrenjaninaAmbassador of Cuba in Zrenjanin
Mercedes Martinez Valdes, the Ambassador of Cuba in Serbia and Gilfredo Milanes Molina, the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba were the guests of the Mayor of Zrenjanin dr Mileta Mihajlov yesterday.
The visit to Zrenjanin was arranged to attend the presentation named “Authentic Cuba“, which was, on the World's Day of Tourist Guides, organised by the Association of Touristmologists of Zrenjanin.

The talks included topics regarding general information, health care, sport, culture, tourism but also the relations of the two countries which have much in common and opportunities for future cooperation .
In her first official visit to Zrenjanin Mercedes Martinez Valdes highlighted the sincere friendship and support of the people of Cuba pointing out that this is the first step in relations of Cuba and Zrenjanin wishing the citizens all the best..

After the reception, the presentation took place in the Hall of Classic Art of the National Museum of Zrenjanin, including the exhibition of posters about Cuba.
