Skupstinagrada ZrenjaninaMayor's 20 percent reduction of commercial business space renting prices
Today the Mayor of Zrenjanin, dr Mileta Mihajlov has made a Decision on 20% percentage reduction of 2012 renting prices for the tenants who pay their rent regularly.
The reduced renting fee of business space is an incentive for those tenenats who have no due unpaid financial obligations (rent, VAT, interest, renting share, own investment etc), and payment for the previous month by 15 of the current month.
This reduction is to be in force by the end of 2012, i.e. concluding Dec 2012 bills.
