''Rusanda'' welcomes humanitarian aid from Germany
Today Aleksandar Marton, the President of Zrenjanin City Assembly, accompanied by Vladimir Milošev, the Chairman of Entrepreneurship Board of the City of Zrenjanin, visited the Special Rehabilitation Hospital "Rusanda" in Melenci, where the humanitarian aid from Germany arrived for the second time.
Vladimir Milošev thanked to Ranko Balog, who helped to make a contact with hospitals in Grimma and Leipzig.
- This time the aid includes 59 beds and mattresses, value about 90 thousand Euro, and the transport was covered by the Provincial secretary of Health, Social Policy and Demography, i.e. Dušan Jakovljev, Vice-President of Government of AP Vojvodina. The equipment has arrived from the Hospital St. Elisabeth from Leipzig and this is the second time this year that "Rusanda" obtains the hospital equipment from this part of Germany – said Milošev, reminding that the first time the aid included 47 hospital beds and mattresses, x-ray and ultrasound equipment. According to him the third delivery is expected.

Dr Milivoj Popov, the Director of "Rusanda" expressed his satisfaction that the local government recognized the needs of this institution. The equipment that arrived is already in use.
Aleksandar Marton, the President of the City Assembly estimated that this aid is important for the hospital in Melenci and thanked to the Hospital from Leipzig and the donor. As he emphasised a joint enthusiasm is needed of Rusanda management and all those who are willing to help, and the local government will fully support their efforts and activities.
